I've decided to start another blog about Rare Books, Food and Travel.

I'm an antiquarian book dealer.  Well, at least that's what it says on my business card.  I'm really a treasure hunter. I've traveled over a million miles--to 45 of the 50 states--and all over Europe, Northern Africa, and South America looking for what might be the next holy grail.  I've tracked down books from the libraries of George Washington, Napoleon, Marie Antoinette, Joseph Smith, Brigham Young and Charles Dickens, to name a few.  I've seen some of the world's most spectacular scenery;  eaten some of the best food in the world, and met several fascinating characters along the way.  

If my life were a movie, it would be a double feature of  "National Treasure meets the Pawn Stars" and  "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives meet Indiana Jones".  You can't make this stuff up.   I have the best job ever!
